Management Team

The management team consists of a variety of well qualified and diverse professionals. It includes the founders and a number of industry experts. Profiles of each member are summarised below:

  • Mr Mark A Bryant

    Managing Director

    Mark Bryant has had 30 years of Sales & Marketing experience and is currently managing the company. Mark has designed and built a golf course on Sydney’s North Shore and is currently driving the helmet project towards commercialization.

  • Mr Johnny Vozzo

    Technical Director

    Johnny Vozzo has an advanced diploma in mechanical engineering. He is also a qualified panel beater specializing in custom car modifications to the automotive industry. John has also spent over 10 years designing and manufacturing free fall skydiving helmets with camera attachments. Johnny is Director of Design.

  • Dr John Saxon

    Chairman

    Dr. John Saxon graduated from the University NSW training in Emergency Medicine and has worked as Director of Emergency at the NSW Private Hospital. His professional interests include Emergency Management of Trauma, Medical and Clinical Research, in addition to Risk Management. In this capacity Dr Saxon conducted a review of Health and Safety for the Australian Racing Board in 2006, with an in depth analysis of racing injuries, safety equipment and jockey health. This was presented to International Racing Boards in Tokyo in 2006. It was whilst completing this work that Dr Saxon became interested in the benefits of the Voztec Helmet. Dr Saxon has been on the Board since September 2007. Dr Saxon is currently a Visiting Medical Officer performing anesthesia in a number of Endoscopy Centres. Dr Saxon is also currently engaged as the Chief Medical Consultant to the Australian Jockey Club and Sydney Turf Club.

  • Damian Chown

    Associate

    Damian holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics, a Law Degree and a Masters of Business Administration. Damian has assisted hundreds of companies to improve their profitability and build shareholder wealth. Advising companies from start-up business planning to working rigorously with managing directors of public companies to build shareholder wealth. Damian has assisted companies seeking venture capital and help commercialize their business opportunities (including patent technologies).
